By using friscoisdbondfacts.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is published by Stephen Jordan, a Frisco, Texas resident, as political advertising that he pays for personally. It presents information about Frisco ISD's finances, debt, and bond program drawn from public records. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Frisco ISD. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Using and sharing the content
Public records belong to the public. The District documents, bond filings, and government data on the Site are copies of public records and may be used freely.
You are welcome to share, quote, and link to the Site's own writing, charts, tables, and data compilations, including the downloadable spreadsheet and CSV files, as long as you credit "Frisco ISD Bond Facts" with a link to friscoisdbondfacts.com, and you do not change the content in a way that misrepresents it or suggests our endorsement.
3. Accuracy and corrections
We work to make every figure traceable to its source, and we link to the source wherever we can. Public records can contain errors, and so can our work. If you find a mistake, email info@friscoisdbondfacts.com. We review every correction and post it when it is confirmed.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the Site, submit false or automated sign-ups, sign up someone else without their permission, or scrape the Site in a way that harms its operation. The data downloads are provided so you do not need to.
5. Links to other sites
The Site links to Frisco ISD, government agencies, and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.
