friscoisdbondfacts.com presents Frisco ISD's own financial records, bond filings, and state data so voters can review them before the 2027 bond election. Where the Site offers an opinion or an argument, it is the view of its publisher, Stephen Jordan, and not of any organization, employer, or person named on the Site.

2. Sources and dates

Figures come from public records, including Frisco ISD budgets, board documents, check registers, and financial reports; bond filings on the MSRB's EMMA system; the Texas Education Agency; the Texas Comptroller; and the Texas Ethics Commission. Each figure is current as of the document or date cited. Records change, and the District may publish newer numbers after a page is written.

3. Illustrations are not projections

Some features show what could happen under stated assumptions, including the debt tax calculator and the dashed "new debt" outline on the debt chart. These are illustrations, not forecasts, and not Frisco ISD projections. Their assumptions are stated next to them.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Your actual tax bill depends on your appraisal, exemptions, and the rates adopted by every taxing unit where you live. Check with your county appraisal district or a qualified professional for your own situation.

5. People and companies named

People, companies, and organizations are named because they appear in public records. Naming them does not suggest wrongdoing unless the Site says so and cites the basis. Where a fact has not been independently confirmed, the Site says so or describes its source, such as "public profiles indicate." Anyone named may send a response or correction, and confirmed corrections will be posted.

Names and marks of Frisco ISD and other organizations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
